Welcome to Brisbane Water Spine Centre, based in East Gosford, NSW. We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of functional disorders of the spine, using an evidence based approach.

Combined use of diagnostic skills in the spine and muscular systems, office ergonomics advice, sports biomechanics/injury knowledge, core stability training and general postural and lifestyle advice are used to provide a an individual health plan for each person.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

On your first visit our purpose is to establish whether you are in the right place. We conduct a thorough history and examination to help us diagnose your condition. You will be provided with individual treatment and logical explanations as part of your care with us.

If we think we can help you, we will let you know.

If we think you need another mode of care, we will refer you.

WILL I BE TREATED ON MY FIRST VISIT?

If we think it is safe and appropriate to begin treatment immediately, yes. Some conditions, however, require further tests or imaging first, so that we know what is causing your problem.

We will only refer you for any tests that we think are truly necessary, and appropriate for your case.
